The middle of the desert has it's challenges when it comes to the summer months, difficult to provide a cool spot for the birds when the temps are triple digits for three months in a row!!

Las Vegas??? That's where I'm from! I lived there for 32 years. I didn't know anyone there took poultry seriously. :-)
